ABOUT THE CLUB

The sole purpose of the Retirement Club will be to provide New Jersey seniors with a place to enhance their social, recreational,physical, mental and intellectual health. The initial club will be for seniors living in Union County. The clubwill provide, for its members, 37  traditional and innovative programs and activities, in a 48,000 sq. ft. one story building. Our plan is to reduce the distressing effects of the long and lonely hours of retirement.

OTHER COUNTY CLUBS WILL BE FORMED IN THE NEAR FUTURE

Peter Runfolo, the retired founder of theMake-A-Wish Foundation of NJ, has come out of retirement to head a core group of seniors who are trying to get the word out. They are working to bring meaningful programs to the senior population. Were sure that you remember Pete. With your help we will have a club where we can enjoy a variety of enjoyable programs and activities, any time during the day you feel like it.

IT’S FOR EVERY SENIORS’ BENEFIT THAT WE FIND OUT YOUR IDEAS ON THIS CLUB

The club will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The club will be located in the center of the County where it will be convenient for every one. The club will also provide transportation. We are offering you a place where you can be with people who are basically your own age and in your frame of mind and spirit.
